Days Until is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app.

2. Your Data

All event data you create is stored exclusively on your device. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data.

3. Notifications

The app can send local notifications for upcoming events. Notification delivery depends on your device settings and operating system behavior. We do not guarantee that all notifications will be delivered.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services including Google AdMob, Firebase, and Sentry. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these services.

5. Advertisements

The free version of Days Until displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DPZ Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
